DogmaRaiderville provides content, forum and image hosting services to you its registered members based on the Terms of Service outline in this document. Application of the Terms of Service

Illegal Activities

Any content or activity of users that violate or encourages the violation of the laws of the United States of America is not permitted and will be removed by the DogmaRaiderville administrators.

"Hot Linking" and Plagiarism

"Hot Linking" is defined as the use of any type of contented hosted on another web site not owned and operated by DogmaRaiderville. Use of content hosted on another web site that is not the owned and operated by the poster of the content is not permitted without the express consent of the web site operator and the creator of the original content being linked. Content of this type in any service of DogmaRaiderville will be removed by DogmaRaiderville.net administrators.

Advertising

Posting content that clearly advertises any product or service is not permitted. Any content in any location on DogmaRaiderville with the express consent of the DogmaRaiderville administrators will be removed.

Penalties for Violation of the Rules

Violation of any of the above rules and regulations will usually be handled in the following manner; the administrators of DogmaRaiderville reserve the right to discipline users in the manner they see fit at any time:

1st Offense: Warning issued to the registered user via personal message via the online users forum and e-mail
2nd Offense: Suspension of the offending registered user account for a period to be determined by the DogmaRaiderville.net administrators
3rd Offense: Permanent Suspension of the offending registered user account.

Any user may appeal any penality applied to them by the administrators of DogmaRaiderville by using the provided contact form. An acknowledgement of the appeal will be provided within 48 hours and a decision regarding the appeal will be provided within 14 business days.
