I'm attaching pics of what I've done so far for the Necrons.
Below is a sample of my Warriors, all my Destroyers (2 Squads), and all 3 of my Heavy Destroyers (in 2 Squads, one of 2 and the Squad of 1
)
For the Warriors, I didn't want to "paint" different squads different. The warriors are supposed to be all about the same by the fluff. So what I did do was go and put number markers on their bases, the pics here have a "I" marked down the front and back of their bases. Out of 50 Warriors the squads broke down as follows:
Squad "I" - 12 Warriors
Squad "II" - 12 Warriors
Squad "V" - 12 Warriors
Squad "X" - 14 Warriors
This should let me keep them consistant and the markings on both sides of the bases make it easy for myself and my opponents to see which warriors are from which squad.
